In 2019, for the second consecutive year, the Belgian Limburg Convention Bureau (BLCB) organized the Limburg Inspiration Seminar in association with partner cities Genk, Hasselt and Lommel. No fewer than 50 MICE professionals descended upon Hasselt University to draw inspiration from the region’s expert knowledge and impressive meeting facilities. In Genk the themes of 'Get Energized' and 'Inspired by Tradition, created for the Future' proved informative and fun.
During an inspiration session at C-mine, Genk welcomed the young entrepreneur Wim Ballieu of Balls & Glory, who gave an arousing talk on marketing, branding and business. The some100 guests - entrepreneurs, communication experts, students, etc. – left the Painting with Light studio enthused by a wealth of fresh ideas.
